Research from NeU Corporation reveals that consistent use of Thinkie's brain training system can lead to substantial reduction in brain age across a wide range of users aged 40 to 90+. The study analyzed 178 participants over three years and found that even brief, regular use of just two sessions per week can deliver significant cognitive improvements.

On average, users saw a 3.7-year brain age reduction after three months, with long-term users achieving up to a 10-year drop after 1 year of consistent use. These gains were consistent across age groups, with those training more frequently (6+ days/week) showing the strongest results.

The findings emphasize Thinkie’s impact on cognitive speed and overall brain rejuvenation through short, accessible training sessions. Dr. Kawashima, NeU’s CTO, Thinkie's scientific advisor, and the original creator of the brain age model, recommends just 10-15 minutes per session to drive meaningful results.

With measurable changes tied to frequency and duration, Thinkie empowers users of all ages to enhance their brain health and track progress using scientifically grounded metrics.
