Zia Uddin brings over 20 years of experience to lead Thinkie Inc’s Business Development & Customer Success department, which is focused on its customers, providing world-class service, partnerships, sales, and overall business strategy. He has spent nearly 12 years working in the senior living industry where he helped to implement strategies, grow adoption, and consistently increase revenue for the largest senior living referral provider in the U.S. (APFM). He also created and nurtured key strategic partnerships working with the largest senior living providers in the U.S.

Zia started in Business Development on the sales side working for global logistics provider United Parcel Service (UPS). From there, he found his passion for account management and customer success within the SaaS world by utilizing a highly consultative and strategic approach in working with customers and leading teams with the same approach. He is also passionate about leading and growing talent and driving organizational growth from a customer success and business development perspective while also building world class service, business partnerships, and relationships.

Zia received his BA from the University of Washington, and is a proud Husky! He also graduated from the Executive Development Program & Graduate School of Management/Institutional Business Acumen Seminar Sponsored by United Parcel Service. He has lived in the Seattle area since the early 90's.
